You can enhance your understanding by applying the Houses these signs and Planets are falling into in your Natal Chart. I am happy to help you with figuring that out, at no cost to you— just shoot me an email!!
Mars Opposition Pluto: This aspect peaked November 3rd. The awareness of this transit is more faint with Mars in Leo, though it is still in effect. We experienced a face to face conflict about Plutonian experiences. Plutonian matters are often hard to recognize. The point is that they are swept under the rug or taboo. How do you make long-term decisions that preserve your identity and sense of safety? What events have happened to you that altered your psychology and genetics? How do you play mind games or be manipulative? Where does sexuality and other deeper hidden desires direct you? In Cancer and Capricorn you may have seen your needs contend with the preservation of long-term stability in home or emotional relationships. With Mars entering Leo our pride comes into question over our emotional needs. How does/can your independence help keep you excitable and confident? Parental themes may have come into play. Mars will retrograde later this year, and we will revisit this opposition while Pluto is in Aquarius. The game is changing. Our fundamental focus of preservation and assertion shifts. Check out your Cancer and Leo Houses.
Venus Enters Capricorn: To begin the week Venus shifts into Capricorn. This draws attention to the beauty of structural integrity, reliability, and honor. We make decisions to approach our finances and self-worth with these values. Get in touch with your natural abilities and how to incorporate them into your life properly, and toward your greater purpose. This is a dryer time for love and general arousal. Though keep in mind, Capricorns can be incredible at a well-planned function when they feel they have earned the night off.
Jupiter Quincunx The Sun: This misalignment of expressions is characterized by foot in mouth syndrome. We may see our more zealous philosophies tease our pride. Our imaginations irritate our leaders. This event may have already passed, so examine last week as well here. This aspect will fade this week. The Moon in Gemini may catalyze this energy if it is still holding on. How are my/other perspective(s) irritating my pride or those I follow?
Venus Quincunx Mars: This aspect peaks on November 14th and colors the energy of this entire week. The dryness and slowing down of Venus will make providing the sexual-creative energy for Mars to sublimate into action more difficult. Leo process lunges into action in pride; Capricorn energy requires to feel called to action. So feeling aligned with your greater purpose to others will have to be followed by an awkward conversion into more self-centered use of energy to follow through on action this week. Much of our energy will likely be wasted as the timing of energy and the inspiration to use it will not align. We will see a general irritation between the acute expressions of the divine masculine and feminine. Pride and ego inevitably lead both these signs, but in tremendously different manners.
Sun Opposition Uranus: This aspect will perfect the night of November 16th, a Saturday. With the Sun in Scorpio we illuminate the dark corners and taboos that collect dust in the face of our “best life” (Taurean comfort & luxury). Uranus creates a sudden shift for the sake of this illumination by making us more restless. Given this is an opposition we expect interpersonal manifestations and effects to how we relate to the world.
A past experience which affects expression rears its head and creates discomfort. We recognize something we’ve had to ignore and can take this opportunity to restructure our thought process to warrant more confidence, better leadership, and fair value judgments.
This transit is a strong indicator of how we will be projecting this month. Consider how your sense of entitlement and comfort zone is molded by your fears and conditioning from your past. Can we make some improvements? Most importantly, what are your Scorpio and Taurus Houses? These Houses are opposite each other and thus will have a special relationship that creates a bigger picture.
Sagittarius Risings will have this transit in their Scorpio 12th house, Taurus 6th House. How do fears of entrapment, addiction, and loss of identity mold your need or structure? How is this structure being challenged?
Venus at the Bends: On the morning of November 16 Venus will square the Eclipse Points. Venus in early Capricorn; North node in Aries, South node in Libra. This creates a strong tension for the subject matters previously described for Venus entering Capricorn. The Aries house is where we have been developing our claims of independence & the Libra House where we are letting go of old standards of compromise. These Houses are triggered by Venus drawing attention to the beauty of structural integrity, reliability, and honor. Our standards are beauty and femininity see more simplification and consolidation. Well timed by the recent election results. Our claim to independence is stifled by this attention to longevity in Venusian matters. The responsible treatment of the body, paying attention to financial logistics, and aligning with our purpose through our natural abilities and comfort zone. This experience of limitation will contend with where we are trying to feel empowered. It will also show less sympathy.
Mercury Opposition Jupiter: This aspect peaks ‘round midnight November 17th. Mercury and Jupiter are in each others’ home signs. It's like a Commercial Pilot and a Nascar Driver trying to do each other’s job while on the phone with each other; talking each other through it. There is a strong awareness to how small changes in our methods of relating and communicating are representative of enormous shifts.
*The date ranges reflect the Moon being a majority in the given sign during a 5am-11:59pm EST range. Moon Signs naturally set each other up for a successful procession through life's subtle developments. The Moon functions as a catalyst and distributor of the energies from the other Celestial bodies.
Moon in Pisces - Nov 11-12: These Moons create an elevated emotional awareness that can often exasperate emotional release or influence from the energy fields around us. This is a better Moon for spiritual and emotional messaging which can’t be logically decoded.
Moon in Aries - Nov 12-13: These Moons go with instinct and give a sense of urgency to the emotional atmosphere. This Moon may trigger the Quincunx between Venus and Mars.
Moon in Taurus - Nov 14-15: These Moons accentuate an emotional draw towards comfort. These Moons are good for pleasure and trying to bring us ease. Though, the later Taurus Moon may trigger the Sun Uranus opposition. Beware of a surprise in a comforting setting.
Moon in Gemini - Nov 16-17: These Moons see that the emotional body is more focused on the messages coming through the senses. We may be more chatter or nervous. This Moon will trigger the Mercury Jupiter opposition. An informational or philosophical breakthrough. This could be potentially healing to our masculine mental function in a surprising twist of perspective. Really listen with your whole being here.
This is a week which teases the nerves. It may put your foot in your mouth though you may have last week. The internet will for sure be absolutely buzzing. It probably doesn’t feel like there’s anywhere to go depending on what kind of person you are. The questions to ponder are like this: How can I better cultivate a cycle that feeds my energy? How am I wasting my energy?
Be open to ideas and perspectives that can align personal confidence with morals and duty.
