Mercury Conjunct Pluto: Right in Beginning of this Week Mercury is tight and close with Pluto imbuing the mind with elevated perceptivity and power of observation. There can also be paranoia and distortion of logic with this combination. In this case we settle into a new cycle of Mercury’s (thinking) relation to power dynamics, control, and unconscious motivations (Pluto). What occurs is a renewal and beginning around the routines and patterns of thought towards Plutonian affairs; control over the self, secrets, the self-centered reasons for our actions. A Plutonian situation could refer to aggression we have received that molds our behaviors. The psyche then puts unconscious motivations in place to avoid the potential threat that was received. We apply this circumstance to Mercurial affairs— again routines and patterns of thought. There is a great ability to notice incredibly small things with this contact. Take control of your processes.
Sun Square Uranus: Peaking on February 8th this transit is signified by unexpected events around creative affairs and leadership. The Sun; the soul in this body. Think of your inner Royal Monarch— an archetype of personal pride and vision who is leading this corpus through the world. As it Squares Uranus in Taurus from it’s place in Aquarius the communal vision of a person or organization may see a shift is structure or resource distribution. You can see this manifest within and around you. Aquarius is a time that highlights social equity and this value pressures Taurean energies to exit the comfort zone. A comfort one that may be delaying necessary shifts to the distribution of everything; workload, wealth, blame, care, whatever it is that might be building up excessively in one place. There’s a chance for a great celebration of fortune if the problems are highlighted during the tension of this Square aspect.
Mars Conjunct Pluto: More-so right after this weeks ends will this aspect become a proper Conjunction, so lightly noting this cycle will be closing. As described by the Mercury Pluto transit, there is a renewal here. Deep and hidden inner desire and the motivations we project from will closer to the surface. More heat, sexuality, driven, passion, and potential outbursts or anger. This initiates a new cycle between the short-term (Mars) and long-term (Pluto) velocity of our desires and sense of preservation.
Venus and Mars Sextile Neptune: If we choose to apply this energy there is appreciation and energy toward spiritual and devotional practices. This transit continues to close the cycle of this planets as Mars and Venus inch toward Neptune so it is better for an attitude toward appreciation and celebration of what has passed. This transit could also engage some pleasure seeking and literal celebration, connecting to others in good will. However it could also engage behaviors around pity and addiction.
Venus Trine Uranus: Sudden urges to make a purchase. Sudden shifts in a relationship or breaking through a material barrier. With these planets in Earth signs it is more likely this transit manifests tangibly. Mars adds extra heat, so this transit could could support diplomacy within a rigid situation.
Saturn Sextile Jupiter: Although this aspect won’t go exact it offers a collaboration and cooperation between Yes and No; Optimism and Realism; Preparation and Having Faith.

The Moon in Sagittarius Feb 5: Supported by emotional freedom and the ability to express oneself with dignity and instinct which can often conflict. Optimism and stimulation.
The Moon in Capricorn Feb 6-7: The emotional environment becomes colder and more calculated. Mars and Venus present in Capricorn making for some heat, passion, desire, and appreciation. This may support practical purchases or work. This may cause some emotional stress with the Moon moving over Mars, but not until the Moon moves over Venus, offering some balance.
The Moon in Aquarius Feb 8-9: This will be a New Moon! In Aquarius, we reach the point of intention setting. The energies of Aquarius encourage community mindset as well as a level playing field. Encouraging acknowledgment of what our communities are asking for and our vision for our lives outside of the usual constructs and social parameters.
The Moon in Pisces Feb 10-11: Increases vulnerability and being moved by energetic space. A good time to be aware, intuitive, and prioritize alone time.
With the Planets in there current alignment we are coming up on a lot of cycles closing down. The faster “Personal” planets of mercury, Venus, and Mars will continue to pass over slower moving planets (Jupiter-Pluto). Ensure you have an appreciation for the process of decay and closing down when the peak has passed. These are time of reflection and are not always given the proper respect and attention in many social spaces. Encourage the instinct to see this time of more stillness as wonderful.
With major activations of Pluto and Uranus energy this week could bring some sudden purging or shifting. The New Moon acts as a good fulcrum point for focusing and applying the information flowing around your group, associations, and communities. Talk to people, get in the know, see what ideas are moving around. Then do this for yourself and check in with where your values meet your circumstances. We are still in the cold season playing a slow game.
